Please contact us directly for a quotation on combined shipping cost of delivery for multiple items. Given the wide range of combinations that can be involved, we find it best to calculate combined shipping costs on a case by case basis. We use Courier delivery to most locations in Victoria and to capital cities and major regional cities on the eastern side of Australia. They can deliver to main east coast centres within 2 business days but usually we expect up to four business days for areas outside main business centres. We use a flat rate charge of $25 for such Courier deliveries up to 5kg. Our parcels containing hardware are typically 124cm x 12cm x 12cm in size and can contain a set of irons, or up to four individual clubs. The cost includes all costs of actual delivery including packaging materials, custom boxes and a small handling cost. For deliveries to Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Northern Queensland, we will deliver by Australia Post Registered and Insured parcel Post service. When delivery is within Victoria, or to regional areas in the Eastern States, delivery by ordinary Registered Parcel Post may also offer a lower cost option although parcel size, weight and additional parcel insurance are prime determinants of cost for Australia Post items. For smaller items such as Visors, head covers and up to 4 dozen golf balls, we will use Australia Post Parcel Satchels or small parcel services. When quoting delivery costs we will always offer the lowest cost option unless high speed urgent delivery is requested in which case we can quote Courier rates. We operate from premises in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria so although pick-up from our retail location in Rosebud is available, it may not be convenient for all buyers. For INTERNATIONAL Shipping, we use Australia Post First Class Airmail Insured parcel post. Please note the following points: - Since December 2010, the US Government has added a $9 security assessment charge to every incoming parcel that weights over 1 lb (around 440 grams), which in effect applies to all golf club deliveries to USA;
- For some countries, including Canada and Germany, Australia post does not offer insurance of airmail parcels. The best option available to those countries is a Registered Mail sevice. Buyers from those countries should be aware that their parcels will not be insured during transit.
